"Talking about Health"

When it’s all said and done, we need to remember that our health is extremely important. If we lose our health, we have literally lost it all. My friends, please take your health seriously and don’t allow yourself to fall into the trap of believing that you can eat whatever you want and be fine. In fact, the way you eat will have a dramatic impact on how you feel, your level of energy, and your future health.

Someone once said, “If you don’t take time for health, you will be forced to take time for sickness.” Friends, please don’t believe a lie! You really do have time! In fact, you have plenty of time. I’m actually a huge believer that our thoughts and words completely determine our results in life. I’ve made it a practice to stop saying, “I don’t have time!” Most of the people who know me know that I am radical about juicing, exercise, and healthy eating. Sadly, there are some who have fallen into the trap of believing they don’t have the time necessary to juice, exercise, or eat right. What? I would set my alarm and get up one hour earlier every day to assure that I had time to juice and jog. It’s worth it and the more you do it, the more your body will crave it. You’ll feel much better, have more energy, and actually get more done.

I’m challenging everyone that has taken the time to read this blog to make a commitment to walk at least 20-30 minutes every day, start drinking water with lots of lemon, and juice at least 3-5 times a week. Just by making these few changes, you would notice a major change in your health and energy. I believe in you and believe you that you are able to conquer the temptation to pollute your temple with junk food and a lifestyle void of regular exercise.
