Three Things to Do MORE of in Life


1.   LAUGH MORE –

The Bible says, “Laughter is medicine for the soul…” Think about it, my friends. When was the last time you actually tried improving your HEALTH by laughing more? I’d like to see you take time each day to lighten up and LAUGH more. Laugh at yourself and WITH others. We could change the atmosphere and energy of every home in America just by laughing more! Find ways to worry less and laugh more, and you’ll see your health improve.

2.   REST MORE –

I’ll be the first to say, “I’M HORRIBLE at RESTING!” However, I believe in the value and long-term health benefits of taking time to rest. In some European Countries, they take an entire month off to rest. Many others have what is known as a fiesta on a daily basis. I believe that we should rest on purpose by taking a day off each week and blocking off “DO NOTHING” time each day to rest our mind and body.

3.   EAT MORE –

Yes, I know these are times when people need to actually eat less and start focusing on losing weight. However, I think we should actually EAT MORE greens, salads, white meat, fish, fruits, and healthy foods. I know that I caught you here. Please make it a priority to eat more of the right foods and less of the foods with sugar, sodium, grease, and red meats. Let’s eat more foods that make us feel better and give us more energy.
